What to expect;
A first appointment is an hour and a follow up can be either 30 or 60 minutes.
An initial appointment will include an evaluation and treatment.
The treatment can consist of a variety of treatment techniques depending on your condition. Techniques include but aren’t limited to myofascial release, dry needling, spinal and joint mobilisation, ultrasound and rehabilitation.
Advice and home exercise can also be included.
What to bring;
- Appropriate clothing for example a pair of shorts if we are working on your knee or com
fortable clothing to exercise in. - Any applicable scans, reports or referral letters
- Your medical aid details and card (alternatively you can pay cash for the consultations)
- one large towel and two small ones
Our Fees;
Our Practice claim according to medical aid rates and follow their guidelines. Medical aid rates differ from medical aid to medical aid and also differ according to the treatment given. This is why it is difficult to specify the amount to be claimed. generally it will be more than the cash rate.
Cash rates are as follows;
Initial Appointment: R700 (60min)
Follow Up Appointment: R400 (30min), R700 (60min)
